Can you name some/any of Obama's patriotic actions??
No disrespect intended; this is a sincere question.
What do patriotic actions prove? OMG, so because Obama doesn't wear a flag pin or doesn't place his hand over his heart during the national anthem, makes him an unpatriotic possible covert TERRIORIST Hell Cheynne is VP (slick as oil) and probably wears a flag pin, more than likely puts his hand over his hear during the national anthem, probably does a photoop at the Vietnam Memorial - but yet he's still in bed, making money in Iran So who would be considered more patriotic?
If you don't like the man (for whatever reason) - DON'T VOTE FOR HIM. Plain and simple.
It seems to me that Hilary, IDOT Bush, Edwards, the media or in-the closet racists can find NOTHING to slander this man's character - therefore they have resorted to REACHING for minuscule issues that are really irrelevant. WTF is going to be next
Obama is United Church of Christ, not Muslim. His biological father was a Muslim, and he went to a Muslim religious school for a while in Indonesian (not an extremist Muslim country by any stretch) but he is a mainstream Christian.
See my other post. Obama is a bit of a "foreign-service-brat", having travelled the world. In many other countries standing silent is appropriate for the national anthem. Not everybody in the US puts their hand over their heart all the time, I guess it depends on where you live. It's also possible that Obama wants to distance himself from people who "wrap themselves in the flag".
Our country is about the flag and if he feels that way maybe he should run for president in another country!

Uhh, okay. Did you by any chance read the post to which I was responding?!
Minnehahapolitan already (rhetorically) eliminated the wearing of lapel-pins, "the pretense and formalities of patriotism", etc.
Accepting that premise, that these symbolic gestures do NOT = patriotism, I was asking exactly what real actions has Obama ever taken to demonstrate he is a patriot!
Oh, and running for public office doesn't count. Too many people already do that—with motives much more related to personal gain than to love of country

I think Obama is of thre Muslum Faith and so doesnt show any respect for the American Flag. Hell take a paycheck from it but not show respect to the flag which is a symbol of the United States. All the other replies ARE OF THE OPINION THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO SHOW OPEN RESPECT TO THE FLAG. Its everyones right to show respect or not , but they will be the first to cry and wwimper when their rights are infringed upon and the last to fight for our freedoms
Obama isn't Muslim. He attends Church on the southside of Chicago.
