Cruz had dual citizenship. Citizenship in Canada, like America, is automatically given whether you want it or not. Cruz's mother, a US citizen, had registered his birth with the U.S. consulate.

Some have disputed that Obama's mother was a US citizen, but I am not interested in that issue. The people putting him up for the presidency were responsible for that clearance. His problem was the almost secrecy about his past. He was the first person running for the presidency in which there was not a lot of information about him and his past. It was just quite different than all the other candidates before him. So, in that respect, I can see why there was some doubt about him. But, again, I am not interested in the birther stuff. Nor do I think that 911 was done by our government, for the record. LOL!

And since Bernie Sanders' announcement, Hillary is no longer the sure thing she was just a month ago. If you don't start paying a bit closer attention, you may find yourself as unpleasantly surprised by the 2016 results as you were in 2008 and 2012.
And if 2016 goes to the Democrats and so does 2020, the Republican brand will need to change and drop the more Christian conservative roots.

no it wasn't. it was status quo. it's a myth that past presidential candidates have released their school records ( bush released 1 page of his yale transcript during his 2nd term ). please point out any information that past presidential candidates have released that obama didn't.
