Right at least know what your talking about. He is number one and hitting a nerve and struck a cord with a lot of people. People I know who would never ever pay him any attention, are now paying very close attention. And they like what they here.

He is scaring the hell out of all the candidates afraid to touch the subject, because of one group of people. Who do not believe in the law., and have got to have their way. I hate fake people. So you must pander and cater to these law breakers.

People are sick and tired, of the bias ass media, people thinking it is their way or the damn hwy. Things have to change, and we can make that happen. He has been on top for days, don't know what your talking about.

I was told by very good Mexican friends of ours who are LEGAL CITIZENS and proud to be Americans. Just how easy it is for criminals from Mexico to come here, and they know it. He is telling the truth, and for those who do not want to believe it, your problem. And you are the problem.

As you will see in the graphics, the more money you make, the more education you have, and the older you are (65+), the more Mister Trump is disliked. In every single demographic, however, he is down by at least 37 points.

But, to be fair, note that the poll was taken in May, before he officially declared his candidacy and made his controversial comments. Not sure in which direction the public sentiments have moved since.

We should all be concerned about what Trump is doing to the GOP. Frankly, we need a viable Conservative Party alternative to the Democratic Party. That way we have a chance to get the best of both in Govt.

I agree with you. The ideal situation is to have to viable candidates go up against each other knowing that which ever one wins, the country will be safe and in good, caring hands even if we don't necessarily agree with all their policies. To have the presidency won by a egotistic Birther like Trump who suffers from diarrhea of the mouth would put our nation in so much hot water, world-wide it would be laughable if lives weren't put to risk with his big mouth and access to bombs.

Wow, Trump speaking out against illegal aliens is "diarrhea of the mouth"? Who'd have thunk it?

Exactly! The one you are replying to and many other liberals and ethnocentrics on this board can never debate with civility and they always have to resort to unwarranted name calling. They say things about the majority of conservatives (especially if they are white) that are just appalling and are nothing but lies. I pity them and their juvenile tactics.

You must be referring to another forum. This statement is so absurd that it is tempting to post all the ugly names uber rightwingers have called the POTUS in this very forum and all of the ugly name calling proclamations made about politicians and liberals in general.

Not at all. Just read all the hateful comments in this City Data forum by the liberal left and ethnocenterics. Did you miss them? It is wrong for the right to do that also. It just seems like the former is much more vile than the latter. They use words like racist constantly on righties that don't agree with them.

It would be nice if everyone was mature enough not use slurs, derogatory adjectives, disgusting names (see Hillary Clinton and Obama) in the forum. Unfortunately some do, but please do not try to convince anyone that those on the left do it more than those on the right.

Perhaps the only words that you notice are the ones that are offensive to you and don't notice the ones on the right or you may even agree with them. I certainly notice the words and name-calling that are offensive to me and believe me, there are a lot, and the names are a lot worse than 'racist.'

If Trump is the nominee, looks like Clinton is in big trouble..

No wonder the left wing kooks are crying...
