City-Data posters (most/many of whom are incredibly excited about Mister Trump's candidacy) are apparently not reflective of the American public. Take a look below. It's good to know that Americans can still agree on some things. As you will see in the graphics, the more money you make, the more education you have, and the older you are (65+), the more Mister Trump is disliked. In every single demographic, however, he is down by at least 37 points.

But, to be fair, note that the poll was taken in May, before he officially declared his candidacy and made his controversial comments. Not sure in which direction the public sentiments have moved since.

Quote:
Donald Trump has a habit of saying nice things about Vladimir Putin -- including Wednesday on CNN, when he said in an interview that he would be able to work well with the Russian president.

Perhaps that's because Putin is about the only politician that makes Trump look popular by comparison. But just barely.

A Pew poll in February showed 12 percent of Americans viewed Putin favorably, compared to 70 percent unfavorably. That's a net-negative of 58 points.

A Washington Post-ABC News poll in May, meanwhile, showed Trump's favorable/unfavorable split at a stunning 16/71. That's a net-negative of 55 points.

The only politician who has been polled in recent years and is anywhere near Trump and Putin was Newt Gingrich, who was 32 points underwater amid his failed 2012 GOP presidential primary campaign, according to Post-ABC polling.

Polls have completely flipped since people have heard him speak about the issues, and his numbers will keep going up the more he talks. Trump is a boss, and that's what we need. And that's what we want. Disgrace that Obama and White House remained silent about Kate Steinle. President Obama should have gone to funeral. He is a garbage president. Trumps hair would do a better job than these clowns. No respect for Americans anymore.

You really should get out more, take a break from this forum. Pick up a newspaper or turn on your TV and watch the news:

Polls: Donald Trump in first place - Business Insider

Trump leads GOP presidential field in new national poll | TheHill

Even way back in April Trump was polling in the middle of the pack.

Donald Trump beats Rand Paul, Chris Christie in poll | MSNBC

Like him or not, he's telling the truth and that's very refreshing when it comes to politics.

GO TRUMP!

And while he's unpopular his event is moved to Phoenix convention center due to high participation.

That article is based on an unscientific poll taken back in May BEFORE Trump even announced that he was running. And if you look at the results, it ranked EVERY candidate, even King Hillary as negative as well.

People out to check out these things before the link an Opinion Article as fact.

Tea Party kooks are maybe 10% of Americans but they are far more active in message boards and comment sections since most are unemployed or on welfare as well as having few to no real life friends due to their unpleasant dispositions and open bigotry. That's why you see hateful white supremacists overrepresented in every corner of the internet making their bigoted cowardly comments anonymously posting on multiple accounts. You're not all that likely to run into someone who actually likes Trump in real life, most people don't want someone undergoing a mental breakdown in the White House.

Unpleasant dispositions? And how is your disposition any different?
