That's what the pundits said:

1. before he announced he was running.
2. before he submitted the formal paperwork.
3. before he submitted the financial paperwork.
4. after he said he'd put up a wall.
5. after he made the McCain reply after McCain called Trump supporters "crazies."
6. after he gave out Lindsey Graham's phone number.
7. after the debate and Kelly dust up.
8. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in NH.
9. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in Iowa.
10. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in NC.
11. after he began to close the gap between himself and Hillary.
12. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in Ohio
13. when he didn't have any policy specifics
14. after he met with Jeff Sessions and produced a detailed immigration policy.
15. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in Nevada.
16. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in Arizona.
17. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in Pa.
18. after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! in Texas.
19. when he didn't have a ground game.
20. after he had a ground game.
21. after thousands came out to hear him speak.
22. and my favorite, after he passed "inevitable" Jeb! and pundit favorite back-up Rubio in FLORIDA.
23. after he led with 15% of the vote.
24. after he led with 24% of the vote. The pundits are saying, "He can't win when 76% of the people want someone else but strangely enough not a peep about 85% percent of the people wanting someone other than Inevitable Guy.

If any people should be gone it's George Will, Krauthammer and their ilk for the worst political forecasting in decades. Even rookie meteorologists have been more accurate with their forecasts than those guys.

Trump is the most unqualified person to be President amongst the choices of the GOP. He has never held office and he is only successful in NYC real estate development, which to be honest, is not difficult when one starts with a lot of money to begin with. NYC real estate is almost always guaranteed to increase in value, especially in Manhattan.

People need to see what happened in Atlantic City. Trump stole millions of dollars from investors and barely walked out of the city breaking even. He is just not that good of a businessman.

Talking about putting up a wall or having a secret plan to defeat ISIS is not intelligent discourse but it is obvioulsy appealing to some.

Everyone is tired of the money involved in politics and career politicians, his self funded campaign coupled with his insults to entrenched candidates resonates with voters, but this will eventually play out. In the mean time his entertainement value is priceless but at the same time prohibits intellent discussion of important issues at hand.

The PC crowd is trying to get rid of "anchor baby".. The Republican establishment is worried about harming 'their brand" by using such words.. Trump is finally speaking in true words without sugar coating them.. when one starts out with the word illegal , your not going to come out with a positive word as the Rino's want.. anchor baby is the phrase and it is not meant to be positive.

Illegals are draining our economy and that is not positive for America.. the elites are the ones who benefit from cheap labor so lets all get real. Many Americans have lost their jobs, for cheap labor. Many areas in the United States are starved for jobs and the illegals are there ..

The wages are down because of cheap labor , yet that cheap labor can bilk food stamps , housing and medical care pushing the cost of food , housing and medical care up for the working poor and middle class---- they don't care.. the democrats don't care, the Rinos don't care. Trump is sounding the trumpet, because this set up cannot last for the working American poor and middle class. The rich prosper, the working American poor and middle class suffers..

That could work to his advantage. Obama didn't have a strong political background so...

Your argument about Trump's success is weak. He's a self made multi billionaire. If it were so easy to become rich selling NYC real estate, why isn't everyone a billionaire?

it'll be interesting to see how this unfolds.
