On the republican side I see Rubio, Ryan, perhaps George P. Bush too name a few, but who on the dem side is up and coming?
I don't see anyone even remotely on the horizon in the democratic party, unless one counts Chelsea, and that isn't too far fetched I suppose.

Just my observation.

Bob.
So you only make your assessment of the political future by who is currently running? If that were the case, why isn't those younger candidates in the GOP polling better? Instead it is two old, unqualified men leading the polls.

Have you even considered that the polling numbers may just reflect the number of candidates that split the polls? Democrats, 2, so it is split in half. Republicans, 14, so there should be much lower poll numbers until the field sorts itself out.

But of course some only focus on what makes them feel better without regard of facts.

That doesn't change the fact that Trump and Carson both lead by rather large percentages for so many candidates running.

Disgusts me that a known drug dealer is not only elected to a city council but then he takes out his competition in front of the guys family and the voters re-elect him while he's sitting in jail. They have really dumb down people!

Think, who will uphold, support and protect the following? You got your next candidate. Welcome to the “fundamentally transformed” America

- protect Hillary and her Criminal Conduct Glass Ceiling,
- Democrats support "illegal" immigrants,
- Democrats want to let people who would kill us on site go.. Gitmo,
- Democrats and sanctuary cities
- More cities like Democrat-Run Baltimore is a Gangsters' Paradise,

George Orwell warned us that a ruthless, totalitarian government would use the prosecution of “thought crimes” as a weapon against its people to crush dissent in his book 1984.

So does that mean there are only far right wingers now in the GOP party because everyone left of a far right winger is a progressive? Also, when did progressive become a bad term? Sounds much better than being a regressive, which would be the opposite wing of the progressives.

I thought career politicians were a bad thing.
I'm not supporting Trump or Carson for President, so I stand by my statement.
