Wrong. Cruz would be just what America needs right now, seeking to change the discourse purposefully put in place by Darth Barry.

Ted Cruz is only trying to do his job, and he feels the same way many Americans feel about their government culture right now, and that's fed up with it.

Cruz shut down the government.
And he'll try and do it again, the fedgov needs to pass spending bills by Dec 11, or face another shut down. Cruz is going to try and defund Planned Parenthood(an illegal act by the feds) despite the fact that Obama has said he will not sign a bill that includes such specifics.
Will another shut hurt or help Cruz?

It sure didn't hurt him, or any Republican last time.(2014 Senate & House elections?) It proved the political intent of Obama. Obama shut down 17% of government and hand picked what would be closed..... Ted Cruz alone does not have that power. You give him way too much credit.
I didn't send him to D.C. over the hand picked Establishment guy, to make friends and become all buddy-buddy, selling us off to the highest bidder.

Default Ted Cruz Most Hated Republican In DC

He's most hated by the GOP power brokers. And that's why he has no chance at their nomination.

Yep, they just don't realize it yet. Cruz believes in 99% of what Trump does, he just knows how to say it without coming off as condescending and childish while insulting others. Not to mention Cruz has a much better grasp on foreign policy than Trump does. The polls will start reflecting this soon.
