I don't know where the votes are coming from but Trump is 3% behind, and slipping. Well, looks like Iowans intend to increase their 16 year losing streak.

Even though Clinton right now is only leading Sanders by 3% in total votes, she is 10% ahead in the number of delegates won. It's delegates that matter. This has been part of her strategy all along, to concentrate on delegates.

That is actually incorrect. There actually isn't an exact % of the vote that they are counting, it is the% of state delegates, and it is a 3% race.
