If I am not mistaken this is not a "winner takes all" for either party, so being close is almost as good as winning.

Bernie is closing the gap on Hillary! was 53% to 47%, now 51% to 48%

Best result so far is seeing Bush and Christie around 2%

Even though Clinton right now is only leading Sanders by 3% in total votes, she is 10% ahead in the number of delegates won. It's delegates that matter. This has been part of her strategy all along, to concentrate on delegates.

That is actually incorrect. There actually isn't an exact % of the vote that they are counting, it is the% of state delegates, and it is a 3% race.
