All I keep hearing is how Cruz is anti-establishment and not beholden to Wall Street or DC Lobbyists. That's a flat out lie. Look here at how Wall Street, DC Lobbyists and McConnell's PAC are all backing him.

Sadly, many of his supporters are hung up on the same sex marriage issue. They are so focused on the end of times and Cruz's dad has said that his son is one of the "anointed" ones that will have some important role that they aren't thinking straight.

They care more about whether they might have to serve a gay couple than whether our country gets flushed down the toilet.

When a group focuses strictly on social issues, they forget about the country as a whole and about our diversity as a nation.

Cruz supporters are being fooled by Cruz. They see his election as bringing their brand of Christianity to the nation, they operate along the same lines of the Muslims/Islam believing that whatever it takes to get the job done, Christian/Muslim theocracy, is some how sanctioned by their "god" (not my God though). They are gullible and single minded.

I agree, he scares me!....but he is just the most personable, charming speaker.
I like him as a person.

His speaches are very minister like. He must have taken lessons from his dad. I'm not a fan. I think we need to keep the church in church. We don't need it in our government otherwise we will be the same as the Middle East and the fanatic Muslims.
