In some of the states in order for a candidate to get ANY delegates they have to get at least 20% of the votes (who knew?) so in addition to watching TV to see who wins, you might want to watch for who hits at least 20% when the results come in for those states.
The article also talks about where there has been no recent polling so it's anyone's guess...like Alaska which no candidate even visits and they have the same number of delegates as Arkansas.
