I believe, regardless of what the polls say currently, that Trump will win in Texas, and the mere mention of building a wall along the border will cinch it for Trump in Texas.

Bob.

Trump will win the majority of the states on Super Tuesday but I think Cruz will take Texas.

Cruz has to be allowed to win Texas to keep him in the race and keep Rubio down through Florida. We don't want Cruz quitting just yet.

So all toll, Cruz could get 94 and Trump could get 58. I'm not even including the possibility that Rubio could go over 20%. These guesstimates are just a crude unscientific rough draft of one possibility I was thinking about this morning.
Yes it is if a candidate wins 50% of the statewide vote and in each of the 36 congressional districts.

Many don't realize that Trump is a master strategist.

It is a well documented fact that Ted Cruz was trying to get the border sealed way back when Donald Trump was a demorat and supporting the gang of 8. Ted Cruz is who every trump supporter should be backing. Trump is going to go wobbly before your eyes as soon as he gets the nomination.

Well there is nearly ZERO chance of that happening.

Agree. Cruz is a horse's butt of a different color.

I think he may. Many don't understand what it is like to live in a state that borders Mexico. I do.

My husband just finished, "Trump, the Art of the Deal" and says he can see how Trump is working it now. I haven't started reading it yet.

Ah, no! Cruz flip-flops like a fish in the sand. It is hard to tell when he is lying and when he isn't thus, now, everyone believes everything he says is a lie. That is the safe thing to do.

I know he says in the following youtube that he was lying after the fact but when you see the 2nd one, you'll see him hedging on whether or not he would deport the families with anchor babies and these babies do not anchor them to the US. He wants to wait until the Wall is built and have a discussion. I WANT IT NOW!

You really have to listen to Cruz. What I have heard through his double talk is that he wants not to make the illegals citizens but to make them "legal". I just want them to haul tail back to their country of origin. No more playing around with their criminal trespass. We punish our own citizens for committing non-violent crimes so that should extend to those here wanting to be treated like citizens.

Anyone that wants to see something done about illegal immigration, the cost of over $13 billion US taxpayer dollars per year not to mention the lives that are lost: http://www.ojjpac.org/memorial.asp needs to understand that Trump is our best bet to get this done.

Well I would hope Cruz would win his own state. I expect he will, but not by the 25% that's being bandied about.

Cruz is showing his true colors, as is Rubio. And Cruz made the rounds this morning, claiming Trump has ties to "Fat Tony" Salerno WTH? Even Jake Tapper said, "Wait a minute...what are you saying?!

Cruz will probably win Texas by a small margin but that's ok. The delegates will be split there and Trump will win all the other states on Tuesday. Bye-bye Marco.
