It won't happen. There is no advantage for Trump to put Rubio on the ticket with him. Kasich would be a smart move though although I'm not a Kasich fan.
What's amazing is anyone thinking that adding Ted Cruz to any ticket will improve its chances of winning in the general election. Are we trying to create the most despised ticket in history? Fine by me.

You're exactly correct. There is no advantage for him to do this. Why can't people think about this logically? Kasich is another story.

Do you really see Kasich wanting anything to do with that ticket? Christie and Carson are one perverse political, a$$ kissing mess, but don't see Kasich going there....
I would be happy with any of these combinations, but I would suggest a woman be added to the ticket to blunt Hillary's sexism attack that will be forthcoming.
Comes down to whether they're willing to join Trump as VP, but the best options for that are Governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina and Governor Susana Martinez of New Mexico. There's also former Governor Jan Brewer and Senator Kelly Ayotte.
Out of the bunch, I think Nikki Haley is the most capable of not embarrassing herself at debates. Susana Martinez would be a two-for-one special as she is both a minority and a female.

History proves that candidates can be at each other's throats and then turn around and unit on a ticket. It happens over and over again. It all depends on what Kasich really wants. If he wants to become President and is willing to settle for the VP spot for the time being, then he'll do it.

One of the rare times that I agree with you.
Trump/Cruz ain't happening. IMO, Trump can work with almost anyone, but I think Cruz is one of the exceptions. Nobody likes him.

Again, there is absolutely no political advantage for Trump to put either Christie or Carson on the ticket with him. Think about it.

I'm doubtful that Haley will be high on Trump's list of potential running mates.
