Actually ~ the foundation then goes out and helps those who need it ~ all HIV/Aids and the poor all over the world.
Trump does nothing with HIS foundation other than try to bribe public officials - Pam Bondi, for one.
Actually Clinton Foundation doesnt. In fact they've been accused of TAKING money from Aids victims.. and only passes out 10% of their income, which is far below a "charitable" level.
But, didn't the figure on how much the hearings cost actually come from Congress? If they are calculating it, then they get to decide what goes into the figure.
Whos is"they" are calculating it? Again, members of Congress are on SALARY.. they'd get paid even if they were on vacation.. What part of that is difficult to comprehend? ok.. I get it, McDonalds employees have no comprehension of how a salary works

non-profits are forbidden by law from contributing to political causes. that's more than simply a "filing mistake". the fact that the trump foundation reported the $25,000 to the IRS as going to a different charity might have been considered a filing mistake but not the original illegal action.
it also ignores the bigger question on whether this was a bribe to get bondi not to investigate the complaints filed against "trump U".

The IRS gave a $2500 fine, so it was nothing more than a simple filing mistake.
Get back to us when...
The Trump Foundation has to refile 5 years of tax returns for hiding money, like the Clinton Foundation had to do.
There are emails asking for favors from government officials for its donors, like the Clinton Foundation did.
Received over 100 million dollars in donations from people that have matters before the State department, like the Clinton Foundation did.

This lie has been repeated and refuted numerous times on this forum.
Charity Watch gave the Clinton Foundation an A grade, while GuideStar gave it a platinum rating.
"Daniel Borochoff of Charity Watch noted that in 2014, 87.2% of the foundation's funding went to its programs, "which is really high." The foundation, he said, does "really important, valuable work that saves lives of lots of people."
"It's unfortunate that it's become this punching bag, this political punching bag," Borochoff said. "There's a lot of things that are said that are false. If Hillary Clinton wasn't running for president, the Clinton Foundation would be seen as one of the great humanitarian charities of our generation."
