Fox cut away from HER in order to let Trump talk on the phone about how hates Kasich.

What a mess his entire campaign is.
Some people thought Rome was too big too fail and see what happened than...

Kasich is not the empire nor the King and his votes came in at a very low rate. Wait to see how people may get upset when they see their State leader not standing up to show how great Ohio is but to have a leader who's ego is bigger than the State.

Here...let me help:

Nobody gives 2 cents about Kasich. As I recall, Kasich came in LAST. Or close to it.

/now you know.
Kasich still has a lot of pull and clout in Ohio. As mentioned earlier, he has access to the state party's resources and organization which can be deployed to do voter outreach.

The basic rule in politics (and business) is to build alliances with people and groups who can help you.

Trump isn't doing that if he has the attitude that Kasich is a nonentity who can't help him. Far from it.

He needs Ohio's votes. And p****** off a state's governor who can help you get votes is counterproductive.

The **********s are showing how little they know about running a national campaign in this thread.
This is not about an endorsement or a seal of approval from the losers.
A national campaign requires an campaign organization in all 50 states with a serious GOTV ground game in the 15+ swing states.

Don Trump is not creating a very impressive campaign organization, which is why he will need to depend on existing GOP statewide organizations.
Guess who controls the GOP in Ohio? It is not Don Trump.
Guess how many Republicans have won the Presidency without winning Ohio? Answer is zero.
What is the upside of pissing off the most powerful Republican in Ohio? Again the answer is zero.

Don Trump is proving over and over again that he knows nothing about politics, elections and governing.

I agree completely, I have lost respect for these men and the other republicans who would rather see Felony Clinton win than support the people's candidate

Kasich thought Trump would not get the amount of delegates needed but Trump did... leaving Kasich in shock.. Kasich actually thought he would become the nominee with very few delegates .

I saw Kasich get angry at Megan Kelly.. he was snapping at her, then after his tantrum said to Megan=, ok , have it your way.. in a very sarcastic nasty tone.. a few times I saw him lose his temper and it did nothing for his image.

Jeb thought he had it in the bag to get the nomination...lots of money, the name Bush, he thought it would be a cake walk..with all the money and his name.. too bad.. Trump had much more appeal than practiced words that put everyone to sleep. Trump had real words that people wanted to hear.. the problems Americans face. Trump is the nominee and the two look like small people.. very small..

Default Trump advising Roger Ailes in his fight to stay at the head of Fox News

Roger Ailes reportedly is being advised by Donald Trump as his days as the head of Fox News reportedly are numbered, as Megyn Kelly reportedly has joined the chorus of women accusing Ailes of unwanted sexual advances.

<<Ailes has also received advice on strategy from Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani, sources say.>>

Sources: Kelly Said Ailes Sexually Harassed Her -- NYMag

//www.city-data.com/forum/polit...l#post44816471

Birds of a feather?

<<Stewart: The guy [Trump] who wrote, and I quote, "Oftentimes when I was sleeping with one of the top women in the world, I would say to myself, 'Can you believe what I am getting'"?>>

http://www.vox.com/2016/7/19/1222224...wart-trump-rnc

As the slime mounts, Kasich and Jeb Bush may seem like heroes to a shattered Republican Party by year-end.

If Ailes is gone by Aug. 1, as reported, will a liberated Kelly take her gloves off now that Trump no longer has his buddy protecting him from an obviously intelligent and motivated news star?

Exactly. Politics is about making alliances. Couldn't have said it better.

Ohio means nothing in the big picture, Trump will get enough votes there no matter what Kasich says, does or thinks.

Yes, and the moon will be a brilliant orange every night over Ohio in the days leading up to the election indicating the cosmic forces are aligning in Trump's favor. Forget that no Republican has never been elected President without carrying Ohio. Either Ohioans will vote for Trump, or it simply won't matter, as, perhaps, Trump will carry California, as "Ohio means nothing in the big picture."

The "decomposing Creamsickle" or "decomposing Jack-O-Lantern" is assured of victory, because it also doesn't matter what Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart have to say either.

Watch: Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert reunite

Kasich in his NBC News interview yesterday specifically mentioned the reasons for antipathy towards Trump -- Trump's politics of division and anti-trade policies that Kasich thought would be disastrous for Ohio. Persons who respect Kasich might not act on his opinion alone, but they are likely to reflect on the reasons that Kasich is not supporting Trump.
