i don't know who owns rotten tomatoes or who's the person in charge, but if they're a hillary backer, its not a coincidence the rating for this movie is desperately low. id take ratings on a hillary movie by the media with a billionth of a grain of salt.

As part of his plea agreement, he was fined $90,000 by Judge Susan Webber Wright, and surrendered his law license. It was my understanding that this was a felony plea.

You may want to not trust your memory, then. The $90,000 wasn't a fine, it was court-ordered compensation to cover extra legal expenses incurred in the Paula Jones case - a civil case that was settled out of court.
Not that it has anything to do with d'Souza's agitprop.
