CBS News
Eric Trump on Tuesday weighed in on his father's comments regarding Khizr and Ghazala Khan, the parents of fallen U.S. soldier, and defended the GOP presidential nominee's plan to take on radical Islamic terrorism.
"I mean you see anybody who dies for their nation, dies for the three of us at this table, made the ultimate sacrifice, but you know for my father, in terms of the Kahn family, it's not about a soldier -- who's an amazing guy. My father even said that during the interview, sounds like he's a really amazing guy," Trump's son said in an interview on "CBS This Morning."
"My father's simple message - it's not an anti-Muslim message, it's [an] anti-terror message," he said.He also questioned why the mother of a Benghazi attack victim, Pat Smith, has not received as much media attention as the Khans even though she spoke at the Republican National Convention.
"Between all the news networks, she got 77 seconds of airtime. The Kahn family has gotten hours and hours of airtime and what's ironic about that was Hillary was the one that left them on the roof in Benghazi. It was Hillary's policy that crippled Libya and Syria and Iraq."
Eric Trump weighs in on father's feud with fallen soldier's parents

Of course the party of sociopathic liars, who control the media put their lying spin on it and repeat this BS over and over and over and over and over again!!!! Covering up how they paid this Muslim Brotherhood member who prostitutes himself, just like Clinton and cheapen the life/death of his son, but then children don't mean squat to Islamists, that's why it's so easy for them to encourage them to be suicide bombers! Those sociopathic subhuman freaks are incapable of familial love!

His cause? OK then, do not use the fallen soldier to promote your cause. Don't stand behind the death of a soldier, stand up on your own. Don't put a Gold Star behind you and speak out for the DNC and Hillary stand out on your own.

Mr. Kahn as a father of a fallen soldier has the media at his disposal. At any time he could have made a simple phone call and had all the media attention he wanted.

The soldier's death had nothing to do with religion, it had to do with service to his country, THE ENTIRE COUNTRY, not a liberal or conservative or any political perspective.

A soldier is a soldier first, not a member of a religion first.

Muslim-American war hero? Why is it that liberals all need to divide people into groups? That is the ultimate degradation of what every member of the military fights for. They do not go to war or fight for muslim Americans, black Americans, white Americans or catholic Americans.

The serve AMERCIA, not the divided groups you want everyone to be segregated into.

Your comments support segregation of those who serve this country. There are no muslim Americans anymore than there are black or white Americans. There are only Americans.

And lest you forget, those that are not American citizens are not Americans. They are either visitors or those wanting to be Americans.

The scourge of segregation is the purview of liberals. Liberals, as promoted here and as they promote themselves see everyone not as people but as groups of people.

Who makes sure every person is seen not as a person but as a member of a group?
I agree with what you said in the bolded statements, but I don't believe that Trump does.
Despite all objections to the contrary, it was Trump who started campaigning by targeting specific groups of people.
No amount of whitewashing or cognitive dissonance will make that fact any less true.

If people (not you specifically) actually believed that all Americans are Americans first then no one, and I mean no one, would be attacking the Khan family for making exactly that point.
We wouldn't see people trying to find "dirt" on them in a perverse attempt to discredit their feelings and their right to remind Trump and everyone else that their son was as American as Chris Kyle or any other service member.

That so many choose to attack them is clear indication that people do believe that Americans that follow the Muslim faith are not "real" Americans.
After almost twenty years of military hero-worship, it is quite telling that so many who would previously defend the military without fail now make exceptions for this particular Gold Star family.

What other reason can there be other than their faith?
Clearly many believe that some are less equal than others.

Trump is torpedoing his own campaign.

What about the families whose children and relatives have been killed by Muslim terrorists and illegals?

Do they have a voice in Hillary's America?

Did did anyone know that the DNC rig the primary election which cast doubts on whether they'll do it again this November.

They have shown that capacity and willingness in order to do so.

Let us not forget the counties where Obama took 100% of the vote and one County where he took more than 100%.

I'm sure that was on the up-and-up all right.

The only election in my lifetime that was ever rigged was the 2000 election when the Supreme Court rigged it for the Republican.

The contrast in coverage of Mrs Smith's speech and Mr Kahn's speech is hard to miss. Both were cynical political ploys. The Dems are just better at crass. Of course, aided and abetted by their media buds.

Yet you had no problem with the RNC trying to prevent Trump from the nomination?

It's like you live in some alternate reality....
