He just doesn't want to hurt the feelings of the casual voter and blacks who
were offended by the birther movement.
It's sad when the President can throw up an Adobe photoshopped non-birth certificate
and also fake the bin Laden asassination, there is no real evidence on either of these,
Americans have no independent press except for the alternative websites.

Oh well, both candidates are sh*ts. We all know that. Trump can never admit to being wrong or apologize for anything. It's a flaw of some people, and I've known a few myself. They are usually far more successful than me, so maybe it comes off as confidence and my humbleness comes off as meekness (or that's the impression I got from people telling women to stop apologizing so much because it hurts them in business). I imagine his comes from being a businessman in the roughest city for business in the world - New York City.
Should the leader never be held responsible for what their underlings do in their name? At least they should to the point where they admit the underlings went too far and were appropriately dealt with. Not 8 years later, either.

The problem with constantly lying is people no longer believe anything they say. And the problem with the way the media favors one party over another is that they no longer have any credibility. It especially looks bad when the DNC emails leaked by Wikileaks showed that they had journalists run their stories through the DNC before they even sent it to their editors.
