Already, he's forgetting about his own people. This is a sign, people. READ it. As is typical of Obama since arriving in the Senate, ALL he does is campaign. He doesn't bother showing up to vote and do the job we are paying him to do, why would he show up here?

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/...obu/index.html

"In the final stretch, I will be on the campaign trail every day in states like Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin talking directly with voters about the causes that are at the heart of my campaign and the State of the Black Union forum," Obama wrote.
"That is why, with regret, I am not able to attend the forum."

Maybe he's NOT so sure he has the nomination wrapped up if he's afraid to leave the campaign trail?

Give me a break. If he had attended you would be claiming he's only really a candidate of the blacks, willing to do the bidding of their leaders. You Hillary supporters are desperate and it shows.

Is this the worse you can tag on Obama. Even Tavis Smiley, whose program was ignored, said he understood and accepted Obama's explanation.

Next issue, please.

BVH, I predict that you'll soon morph from "comfortably numb" to "disappointed".

LOL, I kind of feel sorry for those out there just itching to find something on Barack Obama. Even they must realize the things they're coming up with are just lame. And I don't even use that word.

He is not running to be President of the Black People of America. He is running to be the President of ALL of America. There is no "black issue" that is not an issue to ALL people.

Actually his name is TAVIS. He was hosting a symposium of presidential candidates in New Orleans at the "State of the Black Union" and Barack opted out.

Wow. Racism i thought died out many years ago in America? Guess not, either that or you just brought it back lol. His own people??? Give me a break! He is running for U.S. president, like someone said before not president of "black america" or something of the sort, which doesn't exist. America has many colors, all of which are equal. Shame on you!
