The Clinton Foundation is specifically to avoid paying taxes.

Being bribed for giving speeches is certainly going to have a high success rate.

Next?

The verdict is not in yet. As Trump has told us many times, he is currently under audit by the IRS.

Oh, I don't expect the deplorables to get it. Trump has said that those folks will still support him even if he shot someone in broad daylight on 5th Ave. Hopefully, the more educated Independents who have been swayed by the Con Man will now see that he is not only a bad businessman (horrendous debt, bankruptcies, stiffing employees, subcontractors) .... but, but also a "taker." He doesn't pay any income tax but he makes use of the benefits of the income tax paid by most everybody else.

Bush is responsible for the mess he left us.

Here is a summary of some of Trump's early business deals.

His testimony about " Indians" is consistent with the was he currently slams those who oppose him.

Donald Trump's Many Business Failures, Explained

He has declared bankruptcy 6 times between 1990- 2009. The first bankruptcy occurred less than a year after opening the Taj Mahal.

His legal and accounting teams have used laws and the tax code to protect his personal wealth.

Far more of a concern going forward is the unprecedented conflicts of interest that exist because he owes $ billions to domestic and foreign banks and investors for properties all over the world including the Middle East.

Handing the reigns over to his children does nothing to eliminate the perceptions of conflicts of interest going forward.

On the flip side, The Clinton Foundadtion should have been closed while Hillary was SoS to avoid perceptions of conflicts of interest. How does a foundation solicit and accept charitable donations from those who might reasonably expect quid pro quo. Can't prove or disprove Pay for Play.

The Clinton Foundation is child's play compared to the perceptions of conflicts of interest that will exist if Trump is elected.

None of this seems to matter to the bases of both candidates. Easier to get wound up with rumors of Hilliary's health and Trump's goofy tweets during the wee hours than the very real conflicts of interests, ethics 101.

"Get Rid of Carried Interest And Some Other' Tax Loopholes, 'Especially ... closing loophole for the rich in general"...
-- Donald Trump

Carried interest is the % of investment gains usually 20% that hedge fund managers, private equity executives and venture capital partners (Mark Cuban) take as compensation, usually in addition to a 2% of assets under management fee.

According to the NYT, ”Carried interest is treated like an investment and subjected to the lower capital gains tax rate, rather than as ordinary income, even though most managers don’t put any of their own money at risk.”

The top 25 hedge fund managers earned a combined $11.62 billion and many of them are on the IRS list of the top 400 earners who paid at 16.7% tax rate in 2012, thanks to that carried interest deduction.

And that is why all the money from the rich is flowing to Hillary's campaign. She won't change it.

Taxes fund our infrastructure and standard of living. If no one paid taxes there would be no roads, airports, electricity, water, fire, ambulance, or any other sort of service or development in the country. When you pay no taxes, that means someone else has to pick up the slack and you are enjoying the benfits of society as a welfare recipient.

If Trump paid no taxes, that means we all had to chip in to make up the difference. I hope those who support him got their money's worth. It is beyond all reason that people would deny food to hungry children and support a slacker.

That sums it up. Trump is a taker. A good example of enjoying FREE stuff.

Get used to it, the tax code is the law of the land. If you don't like it vote to change it. "Research" for the truth, don't take the media who has an agenda word for it. They're playing you for fools.
That's what we're doing.

It's a very obvious conflict of interest for Trump to get his paws on the tax code.
