Clinton is right. The Trump base is pathetically uninformed. Their misinformation is taken from right-wing sites and blogs--including The Washington Times, which is owned by the Moonies, for godsake--which they don't of course bother to check, as long as it confirms their biases and prejudices and collective paranoia. There's one post after another on this forum claiming that Hillary is "the crookedest politician in the history of American politics," that Hillary "threatened Russia with war," that Hillary "laughed at a 12-year-old rape victim," ad nauseum, none of which is true, and in fact shows a woeful lack of education in the history of American politics. And when you ask them to post evidence of such claims, all they can do--at best--is refer to some nut job's manipulation of the truth. They're even willing to get into bed with Russia. Can you imagine? If Hillary were friends with Putin, if the Russians were hacking the GOP, if Assange were releasing emails from the Trump servers, these people would be screaming that Hillary was a "communist" and a "traitor" and should be jailed. They never once stop to ask themselves why Russia and Assange are focusing only on Hillary Clinton. They're right that there are folks trying to rig the election, but those folks aren't Americans, they are foreigners who know that they have Trump in their pocket. And their belief that Trump is an "outsider" is laughable. I mean, seriously. Anyone who has been subjected to the Trump antics for the past 30 years, knows he's a con man. And as a businessman, he is a miserable failure; he has ruined the lives of countless people. Nevertheless, his supporters really, truly think that he has their best interests at heart. Why? Because he says so. It's sad, really, to watch the spectacle of their blind faith. And it is a mindless faith; I've yet to read one criticism of Trump by his followers. Not one. He is their fantasy saviour, and they cannot bear to look too deeply into his history; their whole world would implode.

So let me ask you great generalizing one, what makes you, as the self-proclaimed "informed" one, and cut to the chase of why you want to vote for someone the fbi director called "extremely careless".....as SS claiming to not know that "C" in documents = classified, claiming under oath she forgot lots of details on briefings/training and such she did as SS because of her concussion and obviously didn't have the good judgement to take a leave of absence. Imagine if she was president when this happened? "uhhhh.....I don't remember if I pressed "THAT" button because I forgot that training stuff, ya know, the concussion thing".....other fbi documents showing she claimed she "can't recall" dozens of times.....And lies like no tomorrow:

13 embassies were attacked under Bush/Cheney and 60 people died. Were you ready to call them corrupt and throw them out of office because of it? Yeah, didn't think so. But you are ready to "lock her up" for being "careless."
