No, she didn't. She was a nurse anesthetist. She did not have a 4 year degree. She studied at a nursing school for two years to support her kids. Bill comes from very a very humble, Southern, redneck background. My history is similar. Calling someone a redneck while claiming to be one is kind of like calling your sister a moron - you don't mean anything by it and you'd fight anyone else who dared insult her like that.

Why? I'm a Southerner from and uneducated and relatively poor family. I and one of my cousins were the first to go to college. It's like laughing at yourself. Like watching Duck Dynasty and saying to yourself, "yeah, I know good ole boys like that" and laughing along.
