It's really been eye opening for me. I expected depression and disappointment for a while over the results in November. Then I expected introspection to achieve greater understanding of what went wrong, and how the party could regroup and retool a new message to win voters back next mid-terms and next presidential election. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Democrat Party has no leadership of consequence, no introspection, no message, and they are in free fall. They have so little self-awareness right now, that they don't even KNOW that they are in free fall.
There's just blind, toxic anger floating unformed around the country. Not a winning strategy for 2018,
Oh come on.... the democrats have Chuckie (cry me a tear) Schumer and Nancy (Botox) Pelosi to lead the democratic charge.....
What I find fascinating is the koch brothers opposing Trump. That should tell you something right there. And believe me those voters won't make the same mistake next time.
No surprise there. The Koch brothers are part of the global establishment/new world order, and regard Trump as a threat to their status quo and agenda.
I think President Trump should say something nice about Ellison, more than once and really freak out the Democrats supporting Ellison for the DNC job. In fact, I'd do it in the solid blue state midterms, too. I might even try it with a progressive Hollywood actor or musician...say how much he loves them. Let them be suspicious and go after each other.

Hollywood has had such close ties with the White House, they feel it belongs to them and only them.
I have no idea why some of you degrade others. Does it make you feel better or something. The fact is, we all have a right to protest whether you like it or not. So your name calling just doesn't work. lol
first off, go back through my posts and find where i said no one should be protesting. you cant because i never said no one has the right to protest, in fact i support PEACEFUL protests. what i dont support is when anarchists get involved and start destroying property of innocent people. want to hold up a sign that says you dont support trumps immigration policy? fine, be my guest. you want to burn someones car in protest? NO, if you do you should be going to jail on felony charges.
as for degrading others, it is not degrading them when you call them out on their actions, especially when those actions are very childish. adults follow the rules laid down by their employers, not fail to do the job and walk out and act like petulant spoiled two year olds. democrat senate committee members are walking out and not voting for trump cabinet nominees, and that is not what the people who sent them to office want them to do. you want to oppose a nominee? fine, make your case and try to persuade others to vote against them. if you cant, then oh well, move on to the next one. this crap about walking out one a vote or debate is rubbish, and you know it.
They need to sit down and figure out how to make their party more attractive to the working class again if they want to win next time. The left is way too extreme now.
If you actually follow the Koch brothers and what they believe (they are major globalists and social liberals . . . the Koch brothers supported same sex marriage long before Obama), instead of listening to what Media Matters and the Huffington Post have to say about them, then you wouldn't find that they oppose some of Trump's policies to be that fascinating. Unlike some in their situation, however, the Koch brothers have been and are willing to overlook a candidate's socially conservative positions and back a candidate based largely on economic views.
They spend enough time vilifying the Koch brothers without knowing what they stand for.
