I'd say that being outspent by double and being attacked by the media non stop for the entire election cycle was a pretty rough handicap but Donald Trump overcame those odds to win.
Possibly true, but I'd still call his win, a handicap win.
You are incorrect. Donald J Trump got some 3 million less popular votes in 2016 coming in 2nd a few percentage points behind Clinton. It happened in 2000 when Gore outpolled Bush in the popular vote as well.
Fact - the people of the USA with their votes chose someone other than DJT.
No, again you are wrong. Donald Trump won the election based on the rules that everyone was aware of. Are you suggesting that Hillary and Democrats forgot about the Electoral College or something?

"The people" is a different concept to the electoral college, and it's quite correct to say that the people didn't choose Donald Trump as their first choice.

The electoral college didn't anonymously pick a winner on it's own, the President is elected by the United States of America and the United States elected Donald Trump. The people in each autonomous state voted and we elected Donald Trump. Trying to claim that Trump isn't our legitimate President makes people sound quite ignorant and clueless.
