In general, I would comfortable voting for her, but I'm not sure she has the name recognition to make a run for Pres.

Besides that, I think she has a desirable persona for the run, a woman, still a new-ish politician, she has spoken out, but done honorably, she was in the military (don't know which or what)...

Hmmm.... it could work.
I like Tulsi. She's my Rep also. Obama didn't have name recognition when he ran so I am not sure how big of a problem that is. But historically, very few Representatives make it to the White House. The path there seems to go through the Senate, not the House.

Default Michelle Obama will be the 2020 dem candidate.

Mayor of san Antonio has decided to run.

The democrat clown car has been traded in for a bus to accommodate all the delusional extremists who will waste millions of dollars on a futile effort to pad their autobiographies and sell books. So much for wasting money better used to help the needy, a constant democrat refrain directed at repubs.

Michelle Obama will be the 2020 dem candidate to cut the stalemate among the legions of left wing radicals hoping to head the hijacked dem party.

Big question is, who will the sane democrats side with? Looks like the fringe leaves them no choice but vote for a repub.

Needless to say I was speaking about Bloomberg who actually ran the city, and wanted to regulate everything. He thought he knew better as to how people should live, and tried to force his view upon them.
He, no matter what party he claims to represent, is a totalitarian at heart.

No rudeness needed. I don't live anywhere near New York so I know nothing of Bloomberg. Besides, you brought Trump up in your response, not me, remember? I asked you who you were talking about. This thread is about Tulsi.

You'll never see Michelle Obama running for President in your life, Kracer.

She never wanted her husband to run, and now that they are gone, she will never go back to the White House to live again.

Don't worry about the Democrats. Our long and complicated election process will weed the big numbers who jump in now down to just a few, as it always does.

I'll listen to what she has to say. I hear that there are 100 plus women in the senate and congress now. I'd like to see a woman as POTUS for once. So long as she's not a Hildebeast.

What??

I had the impression they were a power couple who worked together to make it to the white house.

I doesn't matter, since career politicians have been destructive to our country for a while.

Tulsi Gabbard can definitely beat Trump if she is the nominee. The good news for Trump is that her own party seeks to hate her so she likely won’t be the nominee

They're just following the example set by Dr. Ben Carson in 2015.

In a November 2016 (but after the election) CD thread that speculated who the first female POTUS might be, I posted that I could see Kamala Harris, Tulsi Gabbard, or Joni Ernst as the first female POTUS, but not Michelle Obama.

Elizabeth seems too politiciany, seems very rehearsed. She's been in politics probably for too long.
More than Kamala or Elizabeth, are you kidding?? She light years ahead than those two knuckleheads!

Kamala has the exact same arrogant and narcissistic disorder as Hillary, to a T, while E Warren is an air head & does bad beer advertisements!

That being said, not sure the Democrats would want Tulsi in there since they have gone to the extreme left in order to oust Trump and fire up their party. ( but nothing that would help or benefit the Country or working class people)

It will be interesting with the huge laundry list of democratic contenders of which Uncle Joe claimed to be the most qualified person for the job. Better than most recent movies, this will be entertainment at its best
