Didn't realize it was DJT that sold NYC waterfront property for 1 dollar to Stephen Ross illegally and then made billions off of it...

Didn't realize it was DJT who sold the city that "affordable housing" is 4-5,000/month - and then made billions off that "housing" he magically owned....

oh wait - it wasn't! : smack:

Maybe those citizens can just get a 28% interest rate loan from the bank of Tom Steyer….yea! That's the ticket!

I was in NYC regularly during his mayoral terms, and you are correct.

He did a good job, riding the Rudy progress, but he is as elitist as any contender for either party in my lifetime.

We're not supposed to eat meat, dairy or wheat. Just soy and rice. Blech.

Like a lot of the NYC political/media/corporate elite, he appears to hold complete contempt for ordinary Americans outside that bubble.

Anyone talking about millions of people's "grey matter" is making a value judgement on people they no nothing about. The man's a contemptuous ass.

I'm not sure how you could draw any other conclusion. There was a time when the Democrats were on the side of the American worker. Now they are worshiping a media mogul.

Yes, but he, and the rest of the Democrats HATE farmers because they are in 'flyover country". Well, meat products are raised there, but don't tell the Libs that Soy, grains, vegetables and everything else comes from there as well.

The thing that grinds me is the fact he said "I could teach anyone to be a farmer" .

Does Bloomberg have a clue about farming other than maybe a trip to the grocery store every once in a while?

More like worshipping his wallet. The “news” media are all parts of larger companies that make bank by spending the billions of dollars thrown around in political campaigns. Their news side is supposed to be independent from all that money-grubbing, but does anyone believe that? Party apparatchiks (D or R) like to live large as well. Candidates with money to spend move to the top of the heap, and if one of them just happens to own a media company — doubleplusgood!

I’m so glad that the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform act cleaned up the mess and took the money out of politics.
