The only way this gets dismissed is if an liberal judges has it and makes up laws as they go like they do.

Its in the constitution folks, I posted the link to it months ago and said the only way to get these people their lawful rights is to sue them.

If you liberals want to follow the law like you keep saying you do, then it is a slam dunk case, its the law!!!

I also posted the rat infested DNC doesnt have the right to make this rule, an agreement signed is unlawful and if the people of Floirdas vote doesnt get counted then none of anyone elses should either.

How about a one day re vote all over the country for the democrats, boy that would be good!

Read the constitution, you have a right to have your vote counted and no rat group like the DNC can change that.

Way to go Florida!!

How much you want to bet this case will be rewritten as an episode of Boston Legal next year?

Denny Crane will have to run to Florida for an outrageous defense. Since the suit was filed as a stunt, he can do plenty of political posturing in the court room, maybe do something wacky to make a point. While in Florida, he hooks up with some colorful characters on South Beach. It's a perfect episode!

Good plot for a Carl Hiassen spoof. Love Denny Crane. Shatner's new book looks to hilarious.

Actually the economy has been booming since a year after Bush took office until the time the Dems took control of congress in 06. Even since, the ecomony has still been growing albeit at a slower rate than during the 01-06 boom days.

AMEN AND AMEN AGAIN. Why anyone would want to let these people manage anything is ridiculous. Getting rid of incompetence is part of the change I'd like to see in DC.

I cannot wait to see the new book.

How the democrats were forced to follow the constitution

It will be tale of how the democratic party believes they can make laws as they go and follow the constitution only when it benefits them and yet whine and cry when someone else doesn't follow the constitution.

This lawsuit will finally knock the rat infested DNC on their knees where they belong.

Way to go Floirda! Now its Michigans turn.

No, it's not delicious at all. It's just one more confirmation that the Dems appear to be desperately imploding rather than really wanting to solve problems. The votes in Michigan and Florida aren't counting because the Dems broke the rules--nobody's "disenfranchised." We did it to ourselves. We have our leaders to thank for this chaos.

Your right, the democratic party is amuck, amess and in total chaos.

Do you really want this party of disaster to run our country??? NO !!!

They have not and will not solve problems, they dont have what it takes. They can keep on making false promising and their will be people stupid enough to believe it.

Folks, let's remember that this not an election. All that's happening at this point is a political party is choosing its nominee.

Legally, you can choose a nominee in any way you wish--the dnc could hold a massive rock-paper-scissors challenge to decide the issue if they so chose.
