And, Cindy McCain is not running for office.
Remember that and remind folks in here when the name Michelle Obama comes up. Deal?

I'd hold my applause if I were you. She was forced to get help after one of the doctors, that had been writing the prescriptions that she was filling in the names of others, went to the authorities. A DEA investigation of Cindy and her charity ensued which culminated in Cindy being entered in a diversion program, rehab being part of that.

The question is not what she has done in the past. Everybody has a past and I don't think I know one person who is proud of everything they did every hour of every day. The question is what kind of First lady Cindy McCain will be and my opinion is that she will make an excellent First Lady, because she is a lady. She will also carry with her a heart for those who are troubled with a drug problem. Betty Ford was also an excellent First Lady who had a problem, but a loving family was able to help her and in return countless others are being helped.

It is my opinion that there are people on this board who need to have a reality check. When you get to the place that everything a person does is wrong, even when what they do is part of the solution, you are working with a warped mind. Some things you can get over, but other things show a weakness in character that will never change. Cindy McCain has a very strong husband that will see that she is taken care of and does not have a relapse. I personally feel for any person who is thrust into the role of First Lady. I would have no problem accepting Michelle, Cindy, or Chelsea Clinton as a First Lady. That is a job that can be adjusted and fixed, but the president needs to be ready on day one. Only two of the candidates has that qualification. I am wondering about the people who voted for the other one. What were they thinking???????????

I think the problem she had is much more tolerable than Obama, a cocaine user, who might have even been selling drugs. Isn't that what BET chairman Johnson was hinting at? Can you imagine that - a President of the US cocaine user/possibly pusher?

Have you personally been affected by illegal drugs? (you or a family member being hooked)

It does not sound like it or you know why the people on them need some jail time?

Remember Obama not only admitted to pot but also cocaine. And they say it is not the gateway drug.

Did she actually dig one up herself or was she there while they were being dug up?

I'm not certain . The blogger seemed to have difficulty with punctuation and spelling, and that always lends less credibility to reporting in my eyes.

I'm certain, after reading this post, when compared to others you've posted, that your stance changes per candidate, often.
