Let's see. MOST print media is Left-wing. All three Broadcast stations - left-wing. 2 out of 3 cable news stations - left-wing. NPR - left. PBS - left.

And then you have little old Rush - who gets between 20-30 Mil views in a week.

Air America - What are their numbers? 1000/week?

Yes, I can see why you would want to regulate/censor conservative points of view.

You just want an echo chamber to spout your left-wing kook talking points.

Care to post proof of any of that? No, I didn't think so, I have never seen a post of yours with proof in it...so just keep lettin' off the steam....proving me right over and over again

Just like you can't show where I ever advocated Fascism(another of your many lies)...although some posters here have expressed that "Gee, Fascism isn't really all that bad"....

Fascism is nationalistic socialism, while communism is socialism without borders or identity.

And those of you using the term "neo-con", get an education before yo ushow your ignorance. It is a word that really didn't exist until 9/11. Then it was used to describe the very few Jews in the country who decided that maybe they didn't want to see the US destroyed by Muslims. Neo-Con means a Jew who became hawkish and less multicultural after 9/11. That's it.

And the GOP has been destroyed by the combination of fat cats and big-gov't liberals. Both sides have them, the difference is, Democrats like them, Republicans tend to stay at home when that is all they have to vote for.
Actually the term neoconservative was used long before Sept. 11th and this political ideology began quite some time back. It began to come into prominence during the last term of Ronald Reagan and slowly gained influence until 2004.

Before you go off calling folks ignorant and in need of an education, you may wish to do the same. I suggest you read the writing of Leo Strauss from the University of Chicago to get a better idea of what neoconservatism is comprised of and how it relates to the platonic notion that only the academic elite should be fit to rule or hold power.

Considering that most of the neoconservative grandfathers are former liberals and some of them Trotskyist liberals who pontificated about a perpetual revolution and distaste for all things liberalized, save foreign policy. These former liberals with a love of the gun and an expansionist view of foreign policy also have the fanciful belief that the United States should lead a global empire. These are not my words but their own and are widely known if you read or listen to Norman Poderhertz, William Kristol, Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith, and their band of merry hoodlums.

The fact that there are many Jewish members of this cabal of militant liberals is indicative of nothing other than the relations between their Likud brethren in the east. There are also numerous gentiles who are part of this movement as well, so this idea that it is code word to mean Jewish globalist is not only ridiculous it is little more than inane attempt to use the term anti-Antisemitism to remove criticism from those that oppose their views.

A "neo"conservative is by its very name a "new" conservative, denoting that they were something other than a conservative at one time. We all now know that most of them were little more than militant liberals with delusions of grandeurs. Neoconservatives are barely different from their fundamentalist, radical Islamic brothers in the Middle East who also share many of the same hatreds for all things liberalized and promote war and expansion as part of their agenda. Leon Trotsky would have been most pleased to see how his views being practiced today.

If you would be intellectually honest you would admit that most print media and the 3 broadcast news channels lean to the left. Keep demanding proof or links if you think that makes your point more valid, but the vast majority of media consumers know the bias of what they are consuming. I watch, read and listen to a lot of news/commentary. I watch Fox News channel, and I know they lean to the right. I listen to Dennis Prager, and he is a definite conservative. I listen to Randi Rhodes and she is far left. I watch Katie Couric and she has a left wing bias. The NYT's has an obvious liberal bias as does Newsweek, Time, and most large daily papers. I realize the Wall Street Journals editorial page is right leaning. I'm no genius and I can figure out the bias after partaking a couple of samples of a media product...and most everybody else can to.

The Fairness Doctrine is disingenuos and so are the people that want it implemented.

The fairness doc is fascist. You are a fan of that aren't you?

Which posters have expressed "Gee, Fascism isn't really all that bad"? To use one of your go to lines: Care to post any proof of that?

Presuming that the "neos" are not "true" conservatives (and am still unclear where social or free market conservatives also fall in that spectrum), then where the heck have the rest of the conservatives been all this time, while the "neos" were wrecking havoc with their hare-brained ideas? I don't recall ever hearing any objections from other conservatives about the Bushie Neocon policies, only constant attacks on anyone that dared to criticize them. So if y'all can't control your own ideologues, how do you expect anyone else to? Or is the country supposed to give "true" Conservatism another chance to finally "get it right"?

The fact is, the American experiment with Conservatism (of any stripe) has had its day in the sun, and these days, Conservatives will now have to settle for arguing about "ideological purity" and recalling what "once was" or "should have been". Because they have no one to blame but themselves for basically squandering their big opportunity (among other things), if indeed, there was ever any merit there to begin with.
