Your analogy skills are lacking.

Well first of all Taliban has been reintroduced back into the government of Afghanistan. It's also in a tailspin right now, violence up, deaths up.

Second Iraq is a puppet government set up by us, with a Constitution approved by us, and currently propped up by us.

That's why said you can't force democracy. Neither one of these failed states are what you call democracies. They are war zones that we have not left yet.

And purple fingers! Cheney loves those purple fingers-don't forget those!

Like I said, we have not left yet.

Walking in with guns and allowing people to vote is not a democracy.

Over 70% of Afghanistan is run by the Taliban.

We were told the troops would have flowers thrown at their feet, it would be easy, 6 days, weeks or 6 months at most, Insuregency is in it's last throes. People are sick of the occupation and the lies and the lost money, I don't give **** about the small amount of good news their. It's a depressing, sad ass hell hole and we should have never gone their in the first place.
