We've stumbled upon high levels of stupidity and ignorance with this thread.

Search is your friend. There was a whole thread on it this morning. Also, Alaska has a Victims Compensation Fund that helps with those costs.

Where was that "debunked"?

: Knowles signs sexual assault bill<p> - Frontiersman (http://www.frontiersman.com/articles/2000/05/23/news.txt - broken link)

It certainly did happen when Palin was mayor of Wasilla.

As far as the Victim's Compensation fund, I believe that only comes into play after a conviction.

I said you can search and find the thread. I'm not going to waste my time running down everything everyone said in the thread this morning when you can easily search "rape kit" and find it yourself. But you don't want to hear the truth, you just want to fling crap at Palin. If someone tells you your piece of gossip isn't true, you won't bother to find the truth because you don't want to.

I question the people who live in the inner cities more (ya know, the bulk of Obamatrons). Those poor people who leech of the government and have all that time during the day to do....god knows what. I prefer it here in the suburbs where Republicans flourish and family values thrive.

Preferably the perpetrator. If not, either the hospital or the police. Essentially, what could happen is that someone could get raped. Charged with up to $1,300. The rapist isn't convicted. The victim is now required to pay out of her pocket for her own evidence. Why don't we just charge her for the prosecuting attorney too. He/she is providing a service just like the rape kit is serving up the evidence.

Ludicrous. In any town. Under any jurisdiction. In any age.

Foul
