Obama's wealth redistribution plan is a waste of time and a waste of money.

$500 per person for free. Free drug money for losers. There are already social programs in place to sustain folks who can't or won't work. Obama also wants to have tax payers pay for child support.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden: The Change We Need | Family

Democrats should demand that wealthy dems start giving it away now. It is not government's responsibility to redistribute wealth. It is a matter of conscience, and wealthy Democrats shouldn't have to be forced to do what they say they believe in. It's time we see Democrats put their money where their mouth is. Voluntarily.

If ALL well to do Democrats would do this ... a lot of less fortunate people could actually have money in their savings accounts. That would make America a better place, right?

Where are the wealthy Republicans in your plan? Where is their conscience?

It's not my plan. It's the Democratic Party's plan.

Exactly...............!! Democrats should start pushing for these outspoken to put their conscience into gear and take their mouths out of gear.

Act upon your convictions NOW. You don't have to wait for the coercion of tax law.

To interpret in a Biden-like way: you can be patriotic now. Not later.

This is the Obama philosophy isn't it? Wealthy folks who believe in this don't need to be forced by law to redistribute wealth. What are they waiting for? The middle class needs help now. Right?

The Blue States are the biggest donor states, meaning they give more in tax money to DC than they get in return in equivalent spending. The biggest moocher states are the big, fat red ones that bellyache incessantly about helping the poor, and then use more money from DC than those who actually believe in helping the poor.

Are you arguing for no taxes? That the economy should be run on voluntary monetary contributions? That taxes are "coercion"?

How ridiculous.

Good blathering.

Donor states? Moocher states?

Red states use more money than those who actually believe in helping the poor?

What are these statements based on? Maybe blue states pay a larger amount of taxes because of larger populations? Can't quite see what you're trying to say.

If you want to help the poor, go right ahead.

Likewise, why don't all Republicans that are anti-abortion go out and adopt at least 1 unwnted child a piece?

This thread is about the wealth redistribution that Democrats are in favor of.

If you want to give your own money to other people so that they have more, then do it. You don't have to have more social programs and higher taxes to accomlish wealth redistribution. Democrats should hand their extra money to the poor because that's what they say they want to do. Government doesn't have to be involved.

Republicans force us to give away our money by making sure more unwanted children are born to suck off the teat of society when they become margenalized ill-adjusted adults.
