I find it very sad that liberal women/femiinsts have to use such vile put downs of fellow women. Just because a women has traditional values and doesn't believe in abortion, she's somehow not a liberated women. And not just Palan, any women in governent, including Condoleeza has never gotten a fair shake from liberal women because they don't follow their agenda.

Palin and I have NOTHING in common other than we are women. Nothing she says/does is aligned with my personal values, nothing.

Just because she's a woman, mother, traditionalist, etc. doesn't make her 'special' in the political forum. Had she proven herself to be intelligent, informed about the issues of these United Stated, articulate and managed to put one thought in a compete sentence, she would not be the laughing stock the Republican party has turned her into.
As for Condoleeza Rice, I don't agree with her politics but she has my respect. She is smart, knows how to speak off the cuff, make sense while she does it and she knows what is going on in this country. She would have made a much better choice for VP, in my opinion.
