I was opposed to what was going on at the time like many people, and I'll say it again - violence is NOT the way to protest; there's too much of a risk that events careen out of control and escalate, exactly what happened at Kent State.
I lived through it as well and don't believe YOU know what you're talking about or have a grasp of the basic sequence of events.

And please, the court cases should be taken as the truth? The government court cases? They're always factual and serve justice?

And I'll say it again. Government sponsored armed terrorism IS NOT the way to counteract unarmed students.

IS or was? IF you insist people don't change you have yet to explain the current friendship with the terrorist Libyans and Saudis.

And if McCain insists on holding up Obama's alleged ties to Ayers he'd FIRST better explain why his hero is a man who sold weapons to an enemy. Or is treason acceptable behavior in McCain's little delusional world?

I don't give a flying fornication about Ayres or Wright. I could care less while watching my 401K melt away down the drain of Republicanomics. And I bet lots of folks feel the same way. The only person I hear that drones on about this day after day hour after hour is Sean Hannity. Frankly I am getting bored with it.

What about someone who sold weapons to an enemy being held up as a hero?

Just by what you've said on this topic, it's easy to tell you don't understand the sequence of events. You think you do, but you don't.

Why did the Governor have to call in the National Guard? You need to address the facts.

You do know that what people find so objectionable about this is Obama's poor judgment and his lies about this, right? Clearly Obama KNEW that his association with an unrepentant domestic terrorist is a problem - that's why he lied.

The only reason Ayers is currently in the news is McCain has nothing else to offer.
I won't argue about MacNamara OR Westmoreland. The reason we're hearing about Ayres is because obama is a terrorist sympathizer, no other. Ayres is whay he is, an unrepentant terrorist. I have a hunch obama may someday regret his brand of pool, he won't like his reward.

Dude, seriously, don't be an idiot. Do some research. Drop the partisanship and find out why the problems with our country have come about.

Our country is in the sh-- because of people like you. Look up the reasons why we are where we are.
