Nothing... you obviously did not get my tongue-in-cheek. And you aren't really asking, because now you are retooling your question.

I'm trying to get an answer. I thought that maybe someone would have a link to what Senator Obama plans to do to change the economy. I haven't seen anything specific, perhaps someone else has and can provide the information.

I read this MONTHS ago. What is his CURRENT position on what he will do to the Treasury system to get us out of this mess?

Afterschool programs are great, but I don't see their relevance in fixing the dollar value versus the Euro, loosening credit markets, changing tax rates on investments (heard we was now considering changing his proposed capital gains tax rate?).

That is the kind of specific economic information I was looking for.
Umm... have you seen what is happening to the Euro (more so the EU) in recent days/weeks? The Basel II Accord is what's being implemented to fix our credit market; sadly 850 Billion is not enough BUT that money isn't even going there, lol... this goes to show just how bad policies over the last decade have royally screwed things up. I'm somewhat confident that Obama can provide the necessary oversight, at least more than his opponent.

ANYTHING, inc. after school programs would benefit our country more than what is being done by George Bush right now. Bush = McCain so what you see now is what you'll get. Recovery starts by putting someone that is somewhat competent into the White House. Baby steps...

The Basel II has been implemented in EU countries and their banks are needing to be propped up further. Does he have any other ideas? Any guesses on Obama's view on what he will do with interest rates?

I'm sorry for making you out to be the "answer" person for this, but I haven't seen any specific plans from his camp. I would like to see what proposals have made him the better choice for fixing the economy.

Why are banks in Italy, Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands experiencing problems? In addition, why has the problem expanded to far outside of Europe and the scope of Basel II? Hint: If the problem were a snake, it would BITE you. Once you figure that out, I'm sure you're realize Basel II is not the culprit, but at least some form of an answer.

People (inc. myself) have posted numerous things that Obama plans to do to help the economy. When you're done yanking peoples' chains with a question that cannot be answered (to your liking)... please entertain us with what McCain plans to do, and please... don't say MAV-RICK or reach across the aisle, or similarly idiotic cliches that have become commonplace with the Right this year.

Freedom? Where? You mean there is some left after the Patriot Act, revised FISA, extraordinary rendition, and numerous executive orders designed from the ground up to limit just that.

You people and your sweeping generalizations of Obama and socialism... it's like you live in the Ice Age and count on Fox for your 24/7 news.
