Are you idiots aware that when you file to run for the Presidency you have to prove that you are actually a US Citizen?

A suite has been filed with the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court requiring Mr. Obama to produce documents to prove he is constitutionally qualified to run for President. So far Mr. Obama has refused to produce the documents and is trying to fight the court order to produce the documents. Any American should be able to prove citizenship in less than a day. Why can't Mr. Obama?
A constitutional crisis will rip our country apart. If this is not cleared up now we will have a crisis. If you care at all about America you must call for Mr. Obama to produce the documents and prove that he is eligible to be President.
Please call on Mr. Obama to produce the documents to prove his constitutional qualifications.

If you had [mod cut] you would realize that our judicial system does not work this way. Obama does not need to prove anything. He is innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is on Mr. Berg, and he has nothing.

Once the judge orders the production of docs the burden of proof in on Obama.
If he had them wouldn't he have already shown them all and went on?

He has to respond to the lawsuit, but need provide nothing in evidence until asked to by the judge. What documentary evidence does Berg have to support his allegations?
Obama does not have the docs or he would have shown them.
Berg did his work, now it is up to Obama.
It is being delayed because the DNC and ACLU are filing silly crap to delay it until after the election.
If this is the case I can see a suit coming to either take Obama off the ballot or delay the vote until Obama produces the documents.
Personally I do not believe Obama has the proof of all 3 REQUIRED DOCS in this case.

The judge will not request the three documents, because all that is required is a US birth certificate. The other two documents apply to naturalized citizens only.
