Then how, pray tell, did the 3 previous presidents who had the same exact situation manage to be elected and serve as presidents? Ridiculous.

They were born to U.S. citizens...unlike Obama. Even though the past presidents you name had one or more parents that were not "Natural Born Citizens" they were U.S. citizens when these past presidents were born, thus making them "Natural Born Citizens". In Obama's case his father was not a U.S. citizen - he was a British citizen due to him being a Kenyan. Thus Barack was born having a parent (Obama Sr.) that was neither a U.S. Citizen nor a Natural Born Citizen. The U.S. Constitution requires that the POTUS must be a NBC, which requires (at the least) that both parents be U.S. citizens.
There is no evidence that any of these pres' non-US born parents were US citizens. This business of Obama's "dual citizenship" is on his website, according to other posters here on CD. According to that, it also expired in 1982, which was a mere 26 years ago!

Poster doesn't need to cite a legal showing of where the constitution says that. He says it and that is enough as the world revolves around his blogsphere.
And Jefferson and Jackson are moot. They were born before the Constitution.
