Karen Handel is a partisan hack. She masterminded Georgia's awful voter iD law and decried any attempts to extended voting hours as a ploy to get more Democrats to vote. She is awful.

The reason more people than ever voted early is because more people than ever could vote early. Georgia never had early voting for a Presidential election before this year.
