You know, the guy is absolutely right. We do have a right to know whether or not Obama is eligible to be president.

He is.

LOL, I applaud you for wishful thinking, Tuby, but something tells me kootr/scootr will find neither peace nor tranquility after Monday's announcement. They will be right here, writing the same thread over and over, day in and day out for the next eight years. Sorta like nipples on men--you don't know why they're there and they seem pointless but after awhile you realize they're harmless.

What specific LAW or COURT CASE says that this is the case? If you cannot cite to the law, then you are proven to be full of hot air. As we already know is the case..

No, the child would not be a natural born citizen because BOTH parents are not U.S. ciitizens. Both parents must be U.S. citizens before the child can be a NBC. Obama only had one parent that was a U.S. citizen, therefore he is not a NBC... The Constitution requires that the POTUS must be a U.S. citizen.

AGAIN, which law states this or which CASE interprets the Constitution that way?

You will not respond because you know the Constitution has never been interpreted this way. Where his tinfoil hat??

The US code, which has been posted many times, puts no parentage requirements on people born within the US. They are all considered natural-born citizens and are eligible to be POTUS. I reapeat, this has been posted many, many times. Do a search.

This has been explained to you a million times, at least... It doesn't matter what nationality his father was. He could be a Klingon for all it matters. All that matters is that his mother was a US citizen OR he was born in the US. Either one makes him a natural born citizen. Plus there have been other Presidents with parents who were not US citizens.

The government only recognizes natural born citizens and naturalized citizens (as in someone who does not have any claim to US citizenship until applying for citizenship as an adult). There is no mythical 'not natural born but not naturalized citizen' category like you seem to think.
