This is most likely.

Germans are not monolithic. There is an appreciable degree of variation from north to south in Germany. Nor are Slavs monolithic, of course. I'm not really sure who is lighter-skinned on average, but I suspect Germans are, even if we exclude the South Slavs for the sake of the comparison.

Difficult question to answer. Due to the fact that you comparing one nation (Germany) with a much larger group of people (Slavs). Oh well, if you do it like that then Germans are somewhat slightly paler-skinned as a whole but the difference doesn't account for much. However if we divide them into group such as such South Slavs, West Slavs, East Slavs. Germans depending on regions will be somewhat equivalent to the Slavic population in the same latitude. The only region of Germany which could be lighter-skinned than East/West Slavs is northwestern Germany.

Russians apart from the Caucasus region are very pale, look at Vlad. But then remember that their 2 most important cities are way north, Moscow close to 56. being at the same latitude of the blonde capital Copenhaguen, and St Pete at the same latitude as ...Oslo!

I'm spanish and personally I don't see any difference between the skin color of russians and germans, they both look very pale to me.
