Do Europeans generally think of white Americans as "white trash"? (life, black)

Now US policy is more aggressive that Russia. I do not think that you will be able to give examples of major Russian aggression outside the post-Soviet countries for last 20 years. Russian aggression in the post-Soviet space is understandable. The collapse of the Soviet Union was disastrously fast and ill-conceived.
The concept of "white trash" is recognised in the UK, un-PC as the term is. We have our own version - "chav", though they are not purely confined to this country, as we discovered last week when in Berlin......

No, aggression in post-Soviet space is not "understandable". We've had to get over our empire - you need to get over yours.
Russia needs to grow up, go through political puberty and live in the real world. And very soon, before things start to get really nasty.
UNDERSTAND that America was formed when a bunch of misfits from Europe were thrown out. They weren't welcome in Europe anymore, and so off they sailed..... they got here, killed off most of the native population and took over. They built this country from the bare ground UP. Then England wanted to take over the land they had built for ourselves, we fought England in war, beat their ass and won. They left us alone in our massive land (that they only envied and desired for themselves).
This country was FOUNDED by rebels, renegades, non-conformists and outcasts; the fathers of America were the people that Europe DID NOT WANT. They were the ones that didn't agree with how Europe was ran. They were the ones who didn't want to kiss the Queen's behind and wanted to live according to their own rules. They were the ones who sacrificed their lives to make this country. Then others came over to follow suit after they realized what kind of country we built.
YES - technically, the original founders of America were the outcasts that Europe didn't want, the white trash. Now we're more powerful and have a stronger political backing than 80% of them.

Yes, all correct. But a few things. England and Wales colonized the US, but it was the Kingdom of Great Britain that the country the US fought against in 1776, not England. They also had a king a the time of the Revolutionary War, not a queen. So, it is better to say that Europeans that established the US and came to live here did not want to kiss a monarch's behind.

I agree with you about the directions of growth. But there is a problem. Soviet Union fell apart at the formal boundaries. Former Soviet countries have a mixed ethnic composition. It is Abkhazians, Ossetians and Georgians in Georgia. Ukrainians and Russian in Ukraine. Armenians and Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh. Romanians and Russians in Transnistria. Sometimes these nations live peacefully with each other, such as in Estonia or Latvia. And there is no problem.
But sometimes people start to kill each other, and Russia is forced to intervene to solve these problems. NATO should not be involved in addressing these issues. Because in this case, NATO would incite conflicts specifically to involving.

So much wrong with this post, you need to go and read up some real history and not just what Mel Gibson tells you is history.
A war against Russia would be a bad idea ... all that Europe doesn't need today.
I don't wish war against anybody. War is a terrible outcome to anything. At some point there is, however, an inevitability and I don't want to get to that point.

It might have helped the situation had not Russia flooded many of its satellites with native Russian speakers to dilute the local population. That caused immense resentment, and I'm not surprised there was retaliation after the fall of the USSR, particularly in the Baltic States. Heaven knows, the British Empire has a lot to apologise about but I think most of it would accept the English language was a very positive inheritance, even if there are many other issues.
And you didn't explain what you meant about Austria "going mad over gay rights"......
