Youth unemployment is probably double.

UK and US doesn't grow but at least unemployment is 5%(Though this figure is phony or debatable)

What is the main cause??

Too many people??

Expensive Euro??

I aim to please, so I hope to give you an answer which best suits your expectations. Based on the content of your other posts, my response is as follows:

There is a lot of unemployment in Europe because younger Europeans have lost their pure, Christian heritage. Now they are bereft of values and have become lazy, needy slaves to socialism. Plus there are too many Muslims and other dark people.

That's the answer you want, right? If you want, I can add it a line deploring the weakness of nationalist parties.

Actually not

Same things are happening on the other side as well.

So that's no excuse.

Millennials are generally lazy

Except for the ones who are brilliant, work hard, and already have successful businesses set up by age 25. You'd be surprised how many of those there are.

Of well. Another stereotype bites the dust.

Wrong, millions more muslims are needed in order to grow the economy. European birth rates are too low, hence there are not enough jobs.

Sharia law would be great for the unemployment rate because women would stay at home and not be counted in the labor force

Eastern European immigration, automatization and laziness of people.
All of these factors propel unemployment.
With a current migrant influx the situation will become even more worse.

Ever growing population is poisonous idea, yet we have plenty of useful idiots who will claim the opposite to justify even more intensive immigration, causing even higher unemployment and lower wages.

You'll have to study each country's case.
My country relied heavily on the construction sector to create employment, many of our jobs are temporary, being autonomous is hell and the firing of workers was made cheaper.

Add in a horrible education system to the mix.

I believe that Arigarisha is referring to Spain.

The classic answer, at least for Italy, in comparison to US/UK and some northern European countries, is higher labor costs, including taxes, more rigid labor regulations, less competitive small/medium-sized companies with fewer opportunities and incentives to grow, lower disposable income and availability of consumer credit, the difficulty of starting up new businesses, including bureaucracy and taxation, unwillingness among younger people to work menial and low-paying jobs for various reasons, and, yes, a globally uncompetitive education system as well.

As you suggest, comparing bloc to bloc, one would have to harmonize definitions and measurements of unemployment.

In the US, the headline unemployment rate is 5%, however every month the Department of Labor produces a full set of statistics, including various measures of unemployment some of which reach into the teens. So nothing hidden, but you have to dig deeper than just the headlines and draw your own conclusions.
