Opening and closing the fridge door. Works my arms.
Do you have one of those fridges where you can adjust the tension on the door, so that you can do sets of fridge-door openings with different amounts of resistance and repetiton combinations?
3 Sets of Fridge-Door-Opening ( Biceps )
1st set: 10 reps with 30 lbs
2nd set: 8 reps with 40 lbs
3rd set: 6 reps with 50 lbs
Can you set the door to resist closing so that you can work the triceps too by pushing it shut against resistance?

Squatting too. If I could just do 3 exercises from now on, it would probably be DL, squats and dips. That's more than enough to keep your whole body strong and muscled up. Heavy, compound, whole body movements do it.
I love to walk and run, but yoga is my favorite. It helps me maintain my center. I don't like weights and wish I could get more into it but I hate gyms and wouldn't know where to start at home.
Jogging/Running and Walking are my favorites, hands down...
I like the jogging/running and walking best because I can absolutely do it everyday (no matter what the weather is) and I never get tired of it. They're my favorite ways of exercising...I love it...
