Yesterday 35 minutes of grueling cardio on my new HIIT Trainer, man my knee is swollen. I am proud that in 4 workouts I have been able to hit resistance level 15. I also did 80 push ups 4 sets of 20-23 reps.
Day before 30 minutes of hard cardio on HIIT
Today I am going for a brisk walk when it warms up a bit.
I am so grateful to be back to exercising at least 5 times a week.
Still going every other day, but only for an hour. We have added a mile walk every morning to walk the dogs.
