I have done T25 a couple imes, took a bit of a break from it and did some dumbbell workouts for awhile (incorporating some of the T25 exercises). I would like to combine them and do a bit of both. Ultimatley I know it might be best to do one in the morning and the other in the evening, but I am not a morning person.

So doing them back to back which one would be better to do first. The dumbbell stuff or the T25 (which encompasses both cardio and some strength training). The dumbbell stuff is nothing heavy, just something I would like to add in combination with T25.

I don't think it really matters.

Personally, I lift heavy and like to separate cardio from strength training.

I've done a bit of t25 the last month or so as well as strength training. What I do is either a) alternate days (1 day t25/cardio and another strength) or b) I do t25 followed by strength training.

My personal preference is not to incorporate them both together as technique tends to get sloppy.

Strength training first is generally better as your form will be better since you won't be tired.
