Everyone always complains about this but most people never rerack their weights. What gives?
Yes, I agree it's one of the worst things you can do in the gym though. I know some insecure guys who don't rerack just because they want other people to see how much weight they used.
1. People who just stand around talking, doing nothing and wasting space.
2. When there are three people in the whole locker room and some bozo takes the locker right next to mine.
3. Stupid 10 year olds changing in the bathroom stalls when I have to poop.
4. Old guys naked shenanigans: parading around, sitting on the couches and watching tv, blow drying their balls, etc.
I don't mind the cardio portion of the gym but the free weights section is always filled with a bunch of douchebags, especially around the 5-6:30pm after work rush....and yes old naked guys, please make it stop. I'd rather do my free weight stuff really early in the morning before work it never happens though. The know it alls that think how they workout is the best and criticize other people. It's like seriously, just shut up and mind your own business.
Mandalorian = you are so funny about the old guys - cracked me up
I am very annoyed with younger women - all dolled up - in the gym to check out guys - they always travel in 2s and are dressed like they are major athletes - but cant lift as much as I - an out of shape middle aged woman - they are always standing around yakking and doing nothing - and are in my way -
