The answer has to be in his diet. Somewhere, that's where the answer is. I don't have a a six-pac, but I have succeeded in other areas, and I always did it by putting in the thought and the action and the time to make it happen.
Kobe Bryant worked out 3 times a DAY when he was training. Mick Jagger still works out twice a day. Jack LaLanne turned down a tiny sliver of carrot cake at his 90th birthday party; said he "just couldn't". People become excellent because they want to. REALLY want to!
If the OP works hard and works smart and puts enough constructive thought into it he will stumble on his answer. At this point I think his answer is in his dinning room.
