A few laps on the Vet motocross track, then surfing.

Different muscle groups, but seems to get most of 'em.

This is a great program. My father died of alcoholism. He never exercised in his life. He did a 28-day program and tried AA, but nothing worked. I wish he could've been exposed to a program like this.

I don't go to the gym. It seems pointless. I'd rather work on our big farm, go for a run or a walk.

Yeah, it's pointless to try and get into good shape through weight training and cardio. All those so called 'experts' are just clueless.

Hold on, Florida—Have you ever done farm work? Digging, hauling, throwing and carrying heavy objects, (in the gym, they don't call this the "farmer's carry" exercise for nothing) bending, stooping, reaching, long hours on your feet ... And on top of this he goes running? The gym isn't the only way to get and stay in shape!

True but what % of the population truly needs to or has the opportunity to do farm work several days a week?

Well I guess I'll need to quit my job on Wall Street and go find a farm to work at for $15/hour to be able to sufficiently answer that question. Give me a month, okay?

Your smart-a$$ism is completely unjustified. Guy gave useful information in an entertaining anecdote. You—nothing.
