those are in quite different price ranges... haha. if it's btw a juicer or the other, i think i'd go for the others... weights would be really good since you've already got some cardio. if you have enough room in that room, pop a weight workout dvd into your computer and do that for a little bit before your cardio. some stretching will also be good. the elliptical is going to be different, obviously, than your recumbant, but still cardio. you should set a goal for yourself and train for it. it's helped me so far. is there a way to know how far you've gone on that bike? if so, push yourself to do certain distances each week. glad you're sticking with it and feeling better! keep it up!

The bike we have is pretty nice, 12 diff. settings and a heart monitor, not that I use that lol, but yeah, I can tell how far I'm going. Sometimes I don't feel like it, but I jump on anyway. Yesterday I was going to do 40 min, but when I got home I was very tired. I hopped on and did 20. I'm thinking, just do it, whatever it is. Better than nothing. I'm now on The Office season 2. omg so freaking funny.

What I'm really loving about this is that I can get it done quickly and painlessly and be showered and working on dinner before my DH gets home!
