Yes, I read your earlier post. What I'm saying is that looking in the mirror simply after walking around and drinking coffee I look larger than when I initially get out of bead, and lifting the coffee cup isn't really a workout for me.

It was just a thought I had on a possibility. I don't have any idea whether it's right. The thought I had, though, was that the almost complete lack of exertion while you're sleeping may lead to there being a very low level of blood pumped through the body--the opposite extreme from looking really pumped right after a workout. With such a low level of blood circulation, even being awake, and getting up and walking around may increase the blood flow enough to pump you up a little compared to the blood flow while sleeping, maybe enough to notice some difference. Just a thought about one possibility. Robhu may have explained it better than I just did. LOL, Robhu, about staying at HI.
