I am doing a project for my speech class and I am going to be giving a presentation about how Teens should go out and do more exercising and less computer/video games throughout their day. It'll also address the importance of eating right, obesity, and other important topics for their health.

However, I have been browsing the internet and no legit site with cool and interactive material seems to come up... I remember as a little kid seeing the VERB NOW commercials on TV but apparently their site is down?

Any why, does anyone know of anything good?

Here's one, but it seems to focus more on girls.

ToneTeen - Fitness

Edited: After looking at this one more closely, I'd skip it. It's mostly ads and bad advice.

Teen Health and Teen Diet Program From SparkTeens.com

SparkPeople is wonderful and while I've never really used sparkteens, I'd assume it's pretty good as well.
